Introducing 's Lonesome Rose’s March "Taco of the Month," my Italian beef barbacoa taco.
It starts out with braised Italian beef barbacoa and is topped with charred sweet peppers, of course, Caruso Provisions × Tripping Billy's hot giardiniera salsa, onions, cilantro, and cotija. It's served with a side of au jus, so you can get your sweet, hot, and dipped beef in a fun new way.
More importantly, a portion of the sales of each Italian beef taco sold will be donated to my Muscular Dystrophy Association fundraiser which helps support children and adults like myself living with Muscular Dystrophy, ALS, and other neuromuscular diseases.
The collaboration starts March 1st and is available all long at both the Logan Square and Andersonvile locations!
