Introducing “The Tripping Glizzy” with my pals at Bangers and Lace

I've turned my namesake pizza, The Tripping Billy, into a hot dog unlike anything you've ever seen before.  It starts with a Vienna Beef dog that gets wrapped in a caramelized cheddar & mozzarella cheese crust and topped with charred shishito dijonnaise, roasted corn & jalapeno relish, scallions, and a pickled shishito pepper on a steamed poppy seed bun!

andddddd to wash it down, my friend Chris Blantner crafted an amazing cocktail to pair with it...

The Slipping Glizzy ™️ : Journeyman Corsets, Whips & Whiskey, orange Juice & honey topped with Dovetail Brewing Hefeweizen.

More importantly, a portion of the proceeds of each Tripping Glizzy sold will be donated to my Muscular Dystrophy Association fundraiser, which helps support children and adults, like myself living with Muscular Dystrophy, ALS, and other neuromuscular diseases AND a portion of the proceeds of each Sipping Glizzy sold will be donated to Bourbon Charity who will kindly be making a donation to support my fundraiser as well!
