We're head to Pilsen for a full circle collaboration with my boys Ryan and Enrique from @novelpizza. Back in 2021, we all took part of the "Slice of Summer" event at @pauliegeeslogansquare celebrating Chicago's best home pizza makers and flash forward four years and we're both making our mark on the Chicago Pizza scene. Now we are linking up to bring you my namesake pizza on Gremski's elite thin and crisp tavern style crust.

If you're new to the TB, it starts with me signature shishito pepper cream sauce and is topped with corn, pickled jalapenos, mozzarella, cheddar, and scallions. More importantly, a portion of the sales will go to @mdaorg fundraiser, which helps children and adults like myself living with Muscular Dystrophy, ALS, and other neuromuscular diseases.

The Tripping Billy will be available at Novel Pizza starting Tuesday, March 25th through Saturday 29th.
